I am on my second bracelet--this time with a safety chain. I notice when I don't have it because of the pain in my wrist. I think the bracelet not only looks great but lessens my arthritis pain!

The bracelet is very pretty and easy to wear. I got it about 1/2" larger than the circumference of my wrist. That makes it small enough that it does not slide around too much and yet it's very comfortable. I hope that over a period of time the cyst on my wrist will disappear. I also notice that it has helped some with hot flashes. That would be a great benefit for me!

The bracelet is quite lovely and for those of you who like a more classic look- this the will go beautifully with your wardrobe. I had a hematite bracelet in the past which did seem to help with my knee problems, so I am hoping for good things!
