More energy and less aching legs

I'm a 43 yr old athlete that still thinks she is 25. My body had started to ache more often (legs/knees)and I couldn't run quite as fast. I saw these bracelets at our county fair and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical, but they were pretty and could be worn even if it didn't help my aches and pains. I'm training for my first marathon and thought it may help with my aching knees. I've been wearing it for the last 5 weeks. Since that time, I've had less muscle fatigue and no leg or knee pain! I've even knocked off 1 1/2 minutes from my average mile pace. I'm on pace to run the marathon at a faster pace than my first 1/2 marathon 13 yrs ago. I'm now a believer!
